Panax Quinquefolius Botanical Print
This American Ginseng art print was created from a scan of an herbarium specimen that was ethically sourced during an anti-poaching operation. By cutting the leaves after seeds mature, known ginseng patches are hidden before the start of the digging season which prohibits their destruction by unscrupulous diggers. Normally the leaves are discarded and the berries scattered. This particular original specimen was pressed to serve as a teaching model for government agencies and this print is now available. Print comes packaged in a compostable cello bag with a backing board for structure. It does not come with the clipboard.
